Sarah has extensive athletic training experience, including 12 years at Justin Siena High School, where she helped develop and implement "a nationally recognized Safe Sports School and athletic training program." She also worked with student-athletes at Stanford University, San Jose State University, and several other organizations.

She holds Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Kinesiology and is a certified Athletic Trainer.
