Belonging
A seat at the table.
We work so that every student thrives. A strong sense of belonging helps students with less privilege and power feel the same ownership and pride in their education.
Delivering our mission to all students means considering what we don’t know, listening with openness and humility, and engaging our community in meaningful conversation.
This work belongs to the whole community, with key working groups carrying out initiatives, practices and procedures.
